Einstein

Sin una hora concreta,
olvidados de cualquier lógica,
nos sentamos a merendar.

El bien y el mal distraidos
sorben del borde de sus tazas.
Los invitados extraordinarios
nos sonríen desde sus sillas.

La filosofia es como el té.
Puede gustarte de mil maneras
pero siempre sabrá distinto.

"How can we ensure that there is evil
if according to physics there is neither cold
or dark? "

Einstein

Without a specific time,
oblivious to any logic,
we sat down for tea.

Good and Evil distracted,
sip from the edge of their cups.
The strange guests
smile at us from their chairs.

The philosophy is like tea.
Might like in a thousand ways
but always tastes different.

El Sueño (The Dream)

No sé si era sueño,
tal vez lo imagine.
Una noche de estrellas,
vi un mundo de vida.

Cada esquina era un oasis
y el viento rebosaba.

Temí despertarme,
abrir los ojos
y morir en un desierto.

Pero nada me retuvo.
Al volver, descubrí
que seguía en la visión.

Don´t know if was dream,
perhaps just figure.
A night of stars,
I saw a world of life.

Every corner was an oasis
and the wind was music.

I was afraid to wake up,
open my eyes
and die in a desert.

But nothing stopped me.
Upon returning, I discovered
that I was still dreaming.

Morfeo (Morpheus)

Escucha el sentir
de la noche azul.
Mi hogar es este mundo,
al que pocos pueden querer.
Una sueño que quedo atrás,
un beso, una caricia, un amor.
Es mi historia en papel
que nunca se puede escribir.

Son palabras, estrella zahorí,
que jamás podré tocar.
Dejo que su música me lleve
donde mi corazón va.
Es mágico, no tiene un fin,
ni mentiras, ni verdades ni leyes.
Soy el rey de un país lejano
que vive junto a ti.

Listen to the feel
of the blue night.
My home is this world,
which few might love.
A dream left behind,
a kiss, a caress, a love.
It is my story on paper
you can never write.

These words, star divine star,
I can never touch.
I let the music take me
where my heart is.
It's magic, has no end,
nor lies, truths or laws.
I'm the king of a faraway country
who lives with you.

Inocencia (Innocence)

Cuando algo acaba, todo empieza.

Invierno, primavera.
Sueño, despertar.
Dolor, alegría.
Miedo, valor.

Suelta tu mayor carcajada
y llora si lo pide el corazón.
Sé tú mismo, no ocultes,
cree en tus sueños.

Te marcaran mil direcciones
pero tu alma sabe el rumbo.

No te rindas y sigue adelante.

When something ends, it all starts.

Winter, Spring.
Sleep, Wake.
Pain, Joy.
Fear, Courage.

It matters not be the best in everything
don’t boast too much in victory.
Happiness is a reason to live
when shared with others.

Drop your biggest laugh
and cry if you really must.
Be yourself, do not hide,
believe in your dreams.

They will mark a thousand directions
but your soul knows the course.

Do not give up and move on.
Innocence is part of the search.

Luna Menguante (Vanishing moon)

La isla avanza silenciosa,
fantasma que acecha la marea,
mientras muchos observan
la luna en caída.

¿Quién atravesaría sus puertas
para llegar al gran jardín?
Donde vivir es sólo un juego
sin sentido y sin dolor.

Se esconde en las olas
y resopla con fuerza.
Tormenta negra, sigilo,
que saldrá a por ti.

Reina la noche, dulce dama,
hacia el Mar del Oeste
rumbo a un nuevo hogar.
Tanto por descubrir
en la fantasía de la isla,
que marcha sobre cielo.

Atraviesa bosques,
océanos de arena,
bestias infames y recodos,
todo cuanto puedas crear.

Un cuervo vuela
marcando la ruta a seguir.
Cuando despiertes,
no dudes, querrás volver.

Estribillo

The island it is silent now
But the ghosts still haunt the waves
as all the people gather around
to watch the falling moon.

Who might cross its iron doors
to reach the grand garden?
Where life is just an innocent
and unharmed game for all.

Hides among the waves,
snorts and growls.
Stealth, dark storm
that will come to get you.

Night lady, come forth,
as we sail across Western Ocean
towards a new home for us.
So much to discover
in the fantasies of the island,
that never stops sailing.

Cross deep forest,
oceans of sands,
monsters and turns,
anything you want.

A raven crosses the land
showing the way ahead.
Once back in your bed,
you will beg to come again.

Chorus

Navegación (Navegation)

Hacer lineas sobre el agua silenciosa,
serpiente veloz de esta ciudad.
Pasar por debajo de los puentes,
hacer sonar la canción del remo.

Cuando el cielo esté sereno,
las estrellas dibujaran el espacio
entre la tierra y el cielo.

La luna se recuesta en la proa.
Veloz, veloz, como soñar.
Y desde el fondo del océano
levanta a la ciudad de los canales.

Make lines on the silent water,
swift sanke of this city.
Go under the bridges,
sound the song of the paddle.

When the sky is serene,
space stars are draw bridges
between the earth and sky.

The moon lies in the bow.
Fast, fast, like dreaming.
And from the bottom of the ocean
lifts up the city of canals.

Conejo Blanco (White Rabbit)

La gente vuela sin compás,
pierden la razón.
Son liebres corriendo
para coger a la tortuga.

Arden salvajes, devoran,
hasta que se apagan.
Son una llama pasajera,
que nada puede sentir.

El reloj de su cuerpo
es un corcel desbocado
que sólo quiere vida.
¿Pero cuál van a tener,
si su tren ya se fue?

People soaring no where,
losing their minds.
They are hares running
to catch the afar tortoise.

They are wild fire, devouring
until they are blown away.
A candle in the wind
that nothing can really feel.

The clock of their lives
is a beheaded running colt,
looking for something to feel.
But what will it be, my white rabbit,
if your train already left?

Máscara (Mask King)

Arrastrados por el viento,
alcanzamos el mar de color
de antifaces y risas.

Dama Cuaresma al llegar,
mientras le pedimos a Carnal
que no nos arranque la alegría.

Casanova, rey eterno, máscara,
ven a tu fiesta y llevanos
hasta el arco iris de saber
que hoy nadie es quién suele.

Taking by the wind, alas!
to the ocean of colours,
masks and laughter.

The Easter will ask no meat,
but today Carnival deserves
no less happiness to feel.

Casanova, inmortal masked king,
come to your festival and lead us
to the joy of knowing for one day
that no one is who it seems.

The glass is only a smiling reflection,
never hiding the colours behind her,
reverberates with the wind and call you.

With sun or storm, it is always beautiful.

Now turn the page, another landscape,
other life to be. It's never old,
never tired of having guests.

Pictures thousand and one feelings,
always ready for a new start.

This walls have stories,
passion, thriller, adventure, quiet.

As if all the corners invited you
to find a whole new universe
to get away for a while from bore.

Thousands of ink oceans
that make this wunderkind
the most personal spot for all.

where there is book, there´s a world.

A oscuras (Bed Time)

Hay niños perdidos y ancianos;
que son bombas y llevan rifles.

When is time for bed, blue night,
is when adventure begins. Dreaming.
Heavy footsteps to the dark unknow
in search for the stars.

Must run away from the city day,
and after the light trace of Moon.
Shooting stars carring souls
while children forbid the Sun.

No more sunrises,
no more growing up
and off to find the Giant of the Roofs.
My children want Peter Pan to arrive
so that time doesn´t go by.

Hansel and Gretel are now fat,
and Thumbelina grew tall.
Princesses still wait
while Prince Charming goes old.

My dears want to walk the night,
so that it warms them, forgetting
that tomorrow love, phones and beauty
will fight to have their lives.

Don´t turn on the lights
let them sleep in peace.

There are much lost kids, old kids,
bearing guns and death around.

Por el bosque, tralara tralara (Through the Woods La ra la ra)

A Caperucita le cansa la cesta,
se suelta el pelo y corre.
Salta sobre el lomo negro
del Lobo Feroz para huir.

Hoy la Abuelita ronca
y el leñador, a saber.

Bajo la capucha escarlata,
brilla por fin una sonrisa.

Red Riding Hood is tired,
she lets her hair fly. Flee.
Jumps on the black back
of the Big Bad Wolf. Flee.

Today Granny is in bed
and the woodcutter missing.

Today under the scarlet hood,
flees and shines a smile.

Amigo (Friend)

A Lucas, perro y figura.

Me cuesta escribir tu voz,
pasar la mano y sonreír.
A lo mejor soy tonta
porque aún tengo lágrimas.

Mi héroe se fue,
catorce años de servicio,
de amistad y silencio.

Me sobran los terminos,
para el más leal compañero
sólo queda una palabra
que te llegue al rabo.

Amigo.

For Lucas, dog and temper
forever.

It´s hard to write your howl,
caress you and then smile.
Maybe am a fool
cuz I still have tears to shed.

My Hero is gone,
fourteen years of friendship,
courage and silence.

Empty terms are useless,
for you the dearest pal
there is only one word
worth your happy tail.

FRIEND

Última Gaviota (Last Seagull)

Y me pregunto quién,
quién velara tus pasos.
Me buscaras, pero yo nunca estaré.
Si puedo pedir una última voluntad
que sea un buen amigo para ti,
alguien que te enseñe a volar…

One last flight right to the stars,
forgeting the sorrow that lifts me up.
I soar my wings against the blue sky,
all the beauty is just rain in the night.

And I wonder who,
who will be there for you.
You will call me, but I´d be long gone.
If I can make just one whish now,
i want a good friend to see you through,
someone to take you to fly, fly away...

Poeta ( The Poet)

"¡Un poeta!
Tal vez no sepa volar con alas de pájaro,
pero vuela con sus palabras."
Sepulveda

Poeta,
que haces del agua aire
que eleve tus alas
a una playa remota.

Pintor de burbujas,
estrellas fugaces,
instantes eternos.

"A Poet!
He might not fly with bird wings,
but soars with his words."

Poet,
you make air out of water
to make your wings soar
to some afar coast.

Bubble painter,
shooting star,
inmortal instants

Dedicado a Luis Sepulveda
por ese hermoso cuento
sobre la tolerancia.

Vemos el sol volar errante
sin volverse hacia nosotros.
Toda la inseguridad, el miedo,
van de vuelta a las sombras.

Reconozco que no soñe esta vida,
jamás pense que nos encontrariamos.

De un pequeño tesoro blanco,
he ganado una amiga de aire.
Gato. Gaviota.
¿Qué fortuna hay más grande
entre el cielo, tierra y mar?

We watch the sun fly lonely
without looking back at us.
All the insecurity, the fear
are back in the shadows.

I never dreamed this life.
Never thought we wil met.

From a little white treasure,
I got a big heart air friend.
Cat. Seagull.
Is there bigger fortune
far beyond heaven and earth?

Long time ago, a young man went riding at night. His heart was sad and tired yearning to find a love. The dark sky was cold as it was just the moonlight across the fields and the rest was darkness.

In this, he saw in a wheat field a woman as beautiful as the first light of dawn. She radiated with a warm white light that contrasted with the two pearls that were her eyes.

The boy fell in love instantly and went every night to see her coming to swear eternal love.

But it could not be.

He was the prince of a province that was going to get married and she was a goddess of the sky, guarding the sleep of others from her White Light House over the edge of the world. He tried to forget but the deity could not stop thinking about him, so she decided to make a gift for him to always remember her.

One night the prince and his subjects looked up in wonder watching the sky was filled with stars. A light, a hope in the darkness. The young man was speechless when he saw between the rafters of the sky a tiny being, the artist of this titanic work that would illuminate mankind: a spider. A harmless little spider was the author, but the boy knew that the tiny insect was actually his first love.

That's why from the beginning of time, we know that all stars are the Magna Opus of a small great love.

Silencio (Quiet)

Bajo el cielo,
inocente como nací,
contemplo estos muros .

Viejos, cansados,
han visto tanto
que yo me hago ciego.

Ahora nos miramos.
El vacío
se ha vuelto vida.

Under the open sky,
pure as I was born,
watching this walls.

So old, so tired.
They have seen all
where I have seen none.

Now we look each other.
The silence
has given birth life.

Acero (Rainman, The Swordsman)

Sobre la fría hoja resbala agua,
cantan las corrientes de aire
y acarician los dedos el alma.

Las olas del mar son sombras
que se pasean sobre el acero.

Jamás volverá su murmullo
mientras no se necesite
de su vuelo audaz y veloz.

Over the cold blade slips water,
sing songs the air currents
and thou can touch thy soul.

The sea waves are mere shades
sulking through the soft steel.

Its humming won´t come again
until the world needs
its brave and swift swings.

Sunken Island (La Isla Hundida)

Imaginar
escaleras que bajan,
mares en el cielo
que suben
para descubrir tierra.

En el reino del Rainman,
está el alma que sueña vivir
un mundo nuevo.

Dejarse llevar
por el viento.
La gente habla de terror, muerte,
empujan. Poco importa.
No entienden que este tren
ya salió sin ellos
hacia la vida.

Bienvenida al País de las Maravillas,
a la Isla Hundida sobre las nubes.
¿Es real?
¿Sólo un sueño?
Rainman lo decidirá.

Imagine
never end downstairs,
oceans in the sky,
that come up
to reveal foreign land.

In the Rainman´s kingdom,
is the soul dreaming life
in a new world.

Let the wind carry
you somewhere afar.
People are talking of death, pain,
pushing. Little that matters.
This train left without them
to find the life.

I find myself in Wonderland,
Sunken Island above the clouds.
Is this real?
Or pretend?
Rainman will tell the tale.

Graffiti

Pasa las páginas,
adentrate sin falta
en el mundo bajo tierra
de los cielos.

Pierdete, sueña.
La tinta piensa
mil vidas
que leen, que dicen.

Correr, Rainman,
hacia la aventura.
De vuelta a la ilusión
que me recogía del suelo.

El País de las Maravillas
se abre entre los libros
para sacarte de tu prisión.

Turn the pages,
you must find your way
to the Undeground land
up in the sky.

Adrifted, dreaming.
Ink day dreams
thousand lives
that read, that tell.

Run, Rainman,
to the adventure.
Towards that dream
that used to carry me.

Wonderland comes home
in every book here
to flee you free.

The Alchemist (El Alquimista)

Dedicado a mi Sombrerero Loco personal (To my own Mad Hatter)

No puedo hacer aire de una gota,
ni oro de plomo, querida.
Pero puedo hacer del gris cielo
un hermoso arco iris.

Soy extraño, único en el mundo
pero ni me reconozco al espejo.
Perdí mi propia sombra,
cuando ya la eche de menos.

I can´t make air out of water,
or gold out of lead, luv.
But I turn gray cloudy skies
into rainbows for ye.

I´m weird, wunderkind I am
but i don´t see myself, mirror.
I lost my own shadow
when I started to miss it.

Viento del Norte (North Wind)

Veloz, raudo corcel.
Sueña horas, meses,
tras las cortinas
del calendario.

Caerá nieve, hielo,
doblarán campanas
y arderán chimeneas.

Pero tú seguirás
pensando en blanco,
el largo sueño viene.

Swift, swift steed.
Dreams hours, months,
behind the curtains
of the calendar.

Fall snow, ice,
bells bend
burning fireplaces.

But you'll still
mind blank,
the long dream comes.

My heart has gone crazy for your bones.
I do not feel the same. My head burns.
A spell should be, you have cast on me.

Witch of love, magnet of my dreams.
Give life to this romance
so we can be together.

Laughter, joy and excitement,
boiling cauldron of stories for the night.

I try to resist but I can not,
lemme soak into your magic.

Un buen consejo (Some good advice)

In the rain, body gets wet and shivers,
but sometimes the soul needs water
to write a new page.

The road descends and rises;
but we never see it.
The stars point to the north
and dreams to the sun.

A reed is always strong
cuz seeks victory
in gait. And that will do.

The fog has trouble dressing,
those who make no effort
will never lift up.

Hundreds of desires to go on
must light the flame
to build up energy
to smile at the mirror.
