La Danza (The Dance)

A mi voz, surgirá presta y fiera
con sus plumas manchadas
y un placer nacerá con los gritos
de socorro del asesino atacado
mientras le susurran al oído.

Oh, hoy bailarás con la muerte.
Oh, hoy la Dama Gris te llevará
hasta la danza de Kaa.

Hoy, hoy será sólo para nosotros,
hoy tejerá la gran serpiente.

Tu prisión de huesos cederá
ante los anillos fríos y sedosos
que te envuelven lentamente.
Ahora habla y dime, bandido,
¿quién susurra en tus oídos?

Oh, hoy bailarás con la muerte.
Oh, hoy la Dama Gris te llevará
hasta la danza de Kaa.

Oh, recuerda siempre
a la muerte que anda,
a la muerte que baila.

(Inspired by Rudyard Kipling and music from Duendelirium)

Today, is the day just for us two,
Today will weave the great snake.

My voice calls, it arises fierce
With its feathers stained
And pleasure will be born with the cries
Of the distressed murderer in pain
While it whispers in his ear.

Oh, let´s dance with the Death.
Oh, now Gray Lady shall take you then
To Kaa´s dance.

Today, is the day just for us two,
Today will weave the great snake.

Your bones prison will yield
In the cool and silky rings
Slowly surrounding you.
Now talk and tell me, villain,
Who whispers in your ears?

Oh, let´s dance with the Death.
Oh, now Gray Lady shall take you then
To Kaa´s dance.

Oh, always remember
The walking Death,
The Dancing Death.

Ocaso (Twilight)

He had never left the house for so long. It was a fact, but the brain had trouble digesting it, let alone think about its consequences, dire and deadly consequences.

She was gone to never return, and in his mind, thousandss of questions began to appear. He had always been assumed that there was no enigma he couldn´t solve and yet, there he was, with no one answers. It was pretty scary and frustrating so he chose not to turn his head when the rain came.

Emptiness stood before him with its jaws wide open and all he could do was barely hold the edge. Treachery had been his masterpiece but its creation was now about to clip his wings. There was no turning back.

Running a last glance at the rickety door, he set off, hearing voices in the streets calling again and again the one who became the mistress of his dreams and breaths. Accusatory and sharp, they would soon go after him, so avoiding the cries of the approaching men, he found shelter in the alley where so many times she had entrusted him with the best kept secrets in the world.

Game of spies that had been the way of life for both and that, unfortunately, puts no rules banning treason, since it is the most "fun" part of it. And yet, what was this victory without her? What was to be alive without a reason to be?

Lightning enlightened the city and he closed his eyes for a moment.

If a curse had stroke him, then at least let it be hers. Then maybe he had a reason to continue, consummating her last will.

La Guerra de los Clavos. Huellas en Hierro (War of Spikes. Tracks on Steel)

There are few blacksmiths in the valley and most of them are fools, so requesting my loyal Caront´s services was not something extraordinary. Master blacksmith and hardworking man of wide knownledge, he had passed fifty winters with an iron constitution.

When he heard we were heading for Ermis country, he put an expression of distrust in the face while shoeing a Phantom for the next day. He then offered me to use the bag´s nails for horseshoes, I suspect it was because he was aware of the reputation of the young lord who ruled the area. People talked of his miraculous fight against death in his childhood and how now the lord ran the land with an iron hand but both Caront and I knew it was all facade. The young king had ruined the valley and nobles conspired against him. Get into his dominions, was sneaking into a snakes pit.

CLUB ABC

Voces desaparecidas,
devoradas por política.

Ahora quizá les oigas,
si buscas silencio en la multitud;
están bien escondidos ahí.
Prometieron cambios
pero sólo pudieron dar susurros.

(In honor of Les Miserables and all those living that rumor)

Do not you hear them speak?
Preparing changes, revolutions
That sound like a whisper.
Their hearts made of rag
And their dreams sewn
With echoes, sighs.

Now there's no one in the room,
Their cries, truth and lies
Died with them in a corner
While a whisper answered.

Woe to us,
Woe to them.
Missing voices
Devoured by politics.

Now perhaps you hear them,
If you look quietly in the crowd;
There are well hidden.
They promised changes
But could only give whispers
