Fuga de Almas (Runaway Souls)

En estos tiempos de espejos empañados,
¿has pensado alguna vez que nos veríamos?
Sé que me has estado buscando, te he sentido

In these times of tarnished mirrors,
Have you ever thought that we would meet?
I know you have been looking for me, I ´ve felt you
in the shadows of my remote soul.
Here we are.

The desire to escape, of air
guide us at night.
Nobody understands but is OK.
Let's find a piece of equality
hidden in the name that we wear,
where friendship is more than share.

I found a place in my dreams
where no one will know us so.
Two friends are flowers in water
are peace in the long sleepless nights.
Leave the fear behind, follow me.

The desire to escape, of air
will guide us at night.
Nobody understands but is OK.
Let's find a piece of equality
hidden in the name that we wear,
that hides our reason to be.

Ignore the heavens
follow my trail.
Wherein we'll be safe.
Let go that smile
Forget your God
because nothing stops us.

The desire to escape, of air
guide us at night.
Nobody understands but is OK.
Let's find a piece of equality
hidden in the name that we wear,
where friendship is more than share.

Smoke Heart (Corazón de Humo)

Smoke Heart

Trapped inside my solitude of towering walls,
Waiting in silence for something to ease my blow,
Standing alone is so hard these days.
I made up my mind to find the real thing,
The one who moves this smoke heart of tears
And plunges into the shadows of my days.
Ready to turn the tables of the very past
And open those doors that I have feared so much.

Cuz is been too long since I bid you goodbye,
Cuz nothing can stand now without your hand,
Cuz I know you´re waiting for me so hard
To finally find you and say that blessed line.
Cuz I been crawling for so long now,
Cuz I need to know that there´s a light for me;
Cuz I feel that this way has been only down,
Cuz I know there´s somebody for me somewhere.

Over the city like a hawk in flight,
And walking the streets feeling the beat.
Oh, damnit! This feels so good, I hover through,
There´s nothing here I couldn´t do.
Getting from the edge to see the sun pay
For all these years I being all alone.

Chorus

Don´t give up, don´t give in to the hungry soul,
As the aims clash against the people that go.
Day and night, somewhere around my eyes,
That tells me my mind was meant to fly.
The Smoke Heart swims into the oceans of dream
With my soul chasing right after its wings
To clear the fire that still burns high inside me.

Chorus

Porque tengo que saber que hay una luz para mí;

Estribillo

Estribillo

Afrodita (Aphrodite)

Sobre la cama tirada
pensativa la Bella,
aburrida de leer.

Y un espectador
la mira con devoción,
¿podrá coger un trozo de luz?

Pero ella dice no, no, no
Y pobrecito de mí.

Las diosas son complicadas,
Hay que reconocer
Que la abstracción les sienta bien.

Pero ella dice no, no, no, no, no
¿En qué me equivoqué?

En mi gran pesar,
La Bella se durmió.
Y así la dibujé.

Al verlo se extrañó
Pero finalmente, sonrió.

Y entonces, dijo sí, sí, sí.
La vanidad la conquistó.
Y me dijo sí, sí, sí, sí.
La Bella su favor me dio.

On the bed thrown
The Bella thoughtful,
bored of reading.

And a spectator
looks at her with piety,
Can he get a piece of light?

But she says no, no, no
And dear me!

The goddesses are complicated,
We must recognize
Abstraction just fits them fine.

But she says no, no, no, no, no
What did I do wrong?

In my great sadness,
The Beauty went to sleep.
And so I drew her so.

Was surprised to see
But finally, smiled to me.

And said yes, yes, yes.
Vanity conquered her.
And she said yes, yes, yes, yes.
The Bella gave me her favor.

Parte IV (My friend, the Ghost. Part IV)

I will not hide the fact that after that shock, I had some more than serious doubts about whether to continue with my mission or not; but I decided to put up. After all, it confirmed the existence of the ghost and although all insisted that all was a dream, I decided I had even more reasons to know the strange tenant. After all, he had to apologize for such a fright!

So to take away the nerves, I spent hours swimming in the dam and for the snack, nothing better than going through Tere´s store. Her husband Armando was having a big banter with the subject. Did they all have to know? Anyway.

The Baldos came to visit along with Rafa, so they were all with my uncle Joaquin and aunt Nines, along with the rest of the family. Sitting in my room, I kept wondering the appearance. My grandfather had told me to go to sleep but it was an impossible task with so much noises. And to my surprise, I was not the only one that could barely sleep that night.
